Creating Tables

 

How to create a table:

  • Click edit page.
  • Plan your table:
    • How many rows?
    • How many columns?
    • How wide?
    • How high?
    • Do you want a border (if not, enter 0)
    • How much space do you want  between cells?  Enter that in cell spacing.
    • How much padding do you want between your text and the cell border?  Enter that in cell padding.
    • How do you want the text to justify?  Enter alignment.
    • What title do you want?  Enter caption.
    • What content does your table provide?  Enter a summary.
  • Go back to your page and click the table on the editor toolbar.
    • Enter the data you planned.
    • Click OK to create your table.
    • Enter your data.
  • Can't find your page? Click AllPages at the bottom of any page to find your page.

 

 

 


Source Table:

Start your page and your Source Table (bibliography) at the same time.

Add the information to the table each time you find a site you will use.

add the verticle line between each section on the line and beginning and end
